We are well connected with various investors, strategic buyers, hedge funds, ARCs and vulture funds that are constantly looking for taking over or buying assets. Our role as Insolvency Professionals requires us to fetch investors who can take over stressed assets. These investors are both domestic and international.

 

Assets would cover the following:

1. Entities / Companies with running operations in any vertical / domain and of any size

2. Stressed Companies against which application under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code has been admitted by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal

3. Real Estate assets like, Commercial land, agricultural land, residential land, commercial buildings, Residential bungalows / villas, residential / commercial projects

   1. Land could be of any size ranging from 1 acre to more than 200 acres.

   2. Projects could be of any size ranging from 10 flats / units to more than 5000 flats / units

   3. Land or projects could be in any part of the country

4.  Ticket size for the investors range from INR 10 Crores to more than INR 500 Crores
